The sausage is made of the high quality donkey’s meat which is actually a pure muscle, whilst the donkey’s fat is not used. Fat is taken from the best part of the shoulder bacon of the “mangulica”pig the quality of which has been increasingly improving. Together with the high quality bacon, red hot peppers, salt and pepper this is exceptionally good product of high quality made in the traditional way.
